In addition to FC Djursholm 3, 8 other teams played in P03 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Sjömarken/Sandareds IF 2 and IF Brommapojkarna 4.

FC Djursholm 3 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Älvsjö AIK FF Vit with 2-4. In the Final, Sjömarken/Sandareds IF 2 won over IF Brommapojkarna 4 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P03 Lätt/Medel.
