In addition to the three FC Djursholm teams, 21 other teams played in P04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm Vit 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Hammarby IF FF P05:9, IFK Lidingö FK Orange and Saltsjöbadens IF Vit.

FC Djursholm Vit 1 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Enebybergs IF with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Österåker FK Vit won over Enskede IK Svart and became the winner of Slutspel B in P04 Lätt/Medel.
