In addition to the three FC Djursholm teams, 21 other teams played in P04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm Vit 2 could be found in Group 6 together with IF Brommapojkarna 25, Barkarö SK Röd and Enskede IK Svart.

FC Djursholm Vit 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Saltsjö-Boo IF with 2-4. In the Final, IFK Österåker FK Vit won over Enskede IK Svart and became the winner of Slutspel B in P04 Lätt/Medel.
