In addition to FC Djursholm 2, 27 other teams played in P05 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Järla IF FK Gul, Ekerö IK Eke/När 1 and Sollentuna FK :Helene Röd.

FC Djursholm 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Lidingö FK 5 with 5-7. In the Final, AIK FF P06A won over IFK Lidingö FK 5 and became the winner of Slutspel B in P05 Lätt/Medel.
