Viggbyholms IK 1 was one of 104 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Oktoberpokalen 2015. They participated with one team in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.

In addition to Viggbyholms IK 1, 11 other teams played in P06 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Viggbyholms IK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with FC Djursholm 1, AIK FF Orange and Hammarby IF FF 10.

Viggbyholms IK 1 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against AIK FF Orange with 0-1. In the Final, AIK FF Svart X won over AIK FF Orange and became the winner of Slutspel B in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.

Viggbyholms 1 comes from Täby which lies approximately 5 km from Djursholm, where Oktoberpokalen takes place. The area around Täby does also provide 82 additional clubs participating during Oktoberpokalen 2015 (Among others: Jarlabergs IF, Djurgårdens IF FF, IFK Haninge/Brb, FC Djursholm 1, IF Brommapojkarna, Hanvikens SK, Stocksunds IF, IFK Lidingö FK, Sollentuna FK and Tyresö FF).
