In addition to IFK Österåker FK, 19 other teams played in P05 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Österåker FK could be found in Group 4 together with FC Djursholm 1, IF Brommapojkarna P06:1 and Täby FK A1.

IFK Österåker FK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK H:Svart with 1-4. In the Final, Täby FK A1 won over IFK Stocksund 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in P05 Svår/Extra Svår.
