In addition to Åkersberga BK, 7 other teams played in F06. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åkersberga BK Margretelund could be found in Group 2 together with AIK FF Gul, FC Djursholm Vit and Sollentuna FK Silverdal.

Åkersberga BK Margretelund continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK Kärrdal with 0-1. In the Final, IK Frej Täby won over Sollentuna FK Kärrdal and became the winner of Slutspel B in F06.
