In addition to Nacka FC, 27 other teams played in P06 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Nacka FC could be found in Group 6 together with Stureby SK, Rynninge IK Örebro and IF Brommapojkarna 9.

Nacka FC continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hanvikens SK Blå with 1-4. In the Final, IFK Lidingö FK 11 won over IF Brommapojkarna 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.
