In addition to the two Danderyds SK teams, 22 other teams played in P05 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Danderyds SK Röd could be found in Group 2 together with Djurgårdens IF FF 5, IFK Stocksund and IFK Lidingö FK 1:vit.

Danderyds SK Röd continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against AIK FF 06-U with 0-5. In the Final, AIK FF 06-U won over Jarlabergs IF U11 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P05 Lätt/Medel.
