IK Frej Täby 3 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Stocksund with 0-1. In the Final, Sjömarken/Sandareds IF 2 won over IF Brommapojkarna 4 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P03 Lätt/Medel.

Frej Täby 3 comes from Täby which lies approximately 9 km from Djursholm, where Oktoberpokalen takes place.
