In addition to Bjärreds IF, 8 other teams played in P03 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Bjärreds IF Svart could be found in Group 3 together with IK Frej Täby 3 and AIK FF Svart.

Bjärreds IF Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sjömarken/Sandareds IF 2 with 1-3. In the Final, Sjömarken/Sandareds IF 2 won over IF Brommapojkarna 4 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P03 Lätt/Medel.
