In addition to the two FC Djursholm teams, 14 other teams played in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Danderyds SK Grön, Vasalunds IF 1 and Sollentuna FK Norrviken.

FC Djursholm 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IF Brommapojkarna P05:02, which they won with 2-1. Thereby FC Djursholm 1 won the entire Slutspel A in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna) during Oktoberpokalen 2015.
