In addition to Danderyds SK, 15 other teams played in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Danderyds SK Grön could be found in Group 1 together with FC Djursholm 1, Vasalunds IF 1 and Sollentuna FK Norrviken.

Danderyds SK Grön continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Lidingö FK U:Vit with 3-6. In the Final, FC Djursholm 1 won over IF Brommapojkarna P05:02 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna).
