In addition to Danderyds SK, 23 other teams played in P04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Danderyds SK Blå could be found in Group 5 together with Barkarö SK Blå, Djurgårdens IF FF 7 and Saltsjö-Boo IF.

Danderyds SK Blå continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Enskede IK Svart with 1-3. In the Final, IFK Österåker FK Vit won over Enskede IK Svart and became the winner of Slutspel B in P04 Lätt/Medel.
