In addition to the two Barkarö SK teams, 22 other teams played in P04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Barkarö SK Blå could be found in Group 5 together with Djurgårdens IF FF 7, Saltsjö-Boo IF and Danderyds SK Blå.

Barkarö SK Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna 25 with 2-3. In the Final, Saltsjöbadens IF Blå won over Saltsjöbadens IF Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in P04 Lätt/Medel.
