In addition to the two FC Djursholm teams, 14 other teams played in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm 11 could be found in Group 4 together with AIK FF 2, Sollentuna FK Silverdal and IFK Aspudden-Tellus.

FC Djursholm 11 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna P05:02 with 2-4. In the Final, FC Djursholm 1 won over IF Brommapojkarna P05:02 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna).
