In addition to Täby FK, 15 other teams played in P07 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Täby FK could be found in Group 2 together with FC Djursholm Svart, IF Brommapojkarna 16 and AIK FF Orange.

Täby FK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against AIK FF Gul with 1-4. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 08:2 won over FC Djursholm Orange and became the winner of Slutspel B in P07 Lätt/Medel.
