In addition to the two Barkarö SK teams, 14 other teams played in P07 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Barkarö SK Röd could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Stocksund 87, IF Brommapojkarna 3 röd and AIK FF Gul.
Barkarö SK Röd made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Stocksund Vit, which they won with 1-0.
