In addition to the two FC Djursholm teams, 18 other teams played in P06 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm Svart could be found in Group 4 together with Jarlabergs IF, Syrianska IF Västerås and Nackdala AIS P07.

FC Djursholm Svart continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK Sportfältet with 0-9. In the Final, Sollentuna FK Sportfältet won over IFK Lidingö FK 3 and became the winner of Slutspel B in P06 Lätt/Medel.
