FC Djursholm was one of 123 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Oktoberpokalen 2016. They participated with 16 teams in 11 out of Oktoberpokalens all 17 categories. The team in P04 Extra Svår (Inbjudningsklass) made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspel, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF Akademi by 3-5.
In addition to this, FC Djursholm have participated in Oktoberpokalen before. During Oktoberpokalen 2015, FC Djursholm had 14 teams playing in P06 Lätt/Medel, P04 Lätt/Medel, P04 Svår/Extra Svår (7-manna), F06, F05 Lätt/Medel, F04 and F03 Lätt/Medel respectively. The team in F03 Lätt/Medel made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Tyresö FF by 0-1. FC Djursholm originates from Djursholm, which is the same city as where Oktoberpokalen takes place.
