In addition to FC Järfälla, 21 other teams played in P05 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof FC Järfälla Svart could be found in Group 3 together with Segeltorps IF 2, IF Brommapojkarna 06-1 and Spånga IS FK 3.
FC Järfälla Svart made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna 06-1 with 0-2. Thereby FC Järfälla Svart finished second in P05-S/ES Slutspel A during Oktoberpokalen 2016. FC Järfälla also participated in P05 Svår/Extra Svår during Oktoberpokalen 2015.
