In addition to IK Frej Täby, 15 other teams played in P04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Frej Täby Gul could be found in Group 4 together with IF Brommapojkarna P05-17 U, Åkersberga BK Skånsta and Saltsjöbadens IF Vit.

IK Frej Täby Gul continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against BK Häcken with 0-4. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 31 won over IFK Österåker FK P05:1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P04 Lätt/Medel.
