In addition to FC Djursholm, 7 other teams played in F04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm could be found in Group 1 together with Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit, Essinge IK and Danderyds SK.
FC Djursholm made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Saltsjö-Boo IF vit, which they won with 3-1. Thereby FC Djursholm won the entire Slutspel A in F04 Lätt/Medel during Oktoberpokalen 2016. FC Djursholm also participated in F04 during Oktoberpokalen 2015.
