Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit was one of 123 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Oktoberpokalen 2016. They participated with one team in F04 Lätt/Medel.

In addition to Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit, 7 other teams played in F04 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit could be found in Group 1 together with FC Djursholm, Essinge IK and Danderyds SK.

Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Saltsjö-Boo IF vit with 3-4. In the Final, FC Djursholm won over Saltsjö-Boo IF vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in F04 Lätt/Medel.

Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit also participated in F04 during Oktoberpokalen 2015. They reached the Semi final in F04 Slutspel B, but lost it against Täby FK with 0-2.
