In addition to the two FC Djursholm teams, 10 other teams played in F06 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm could be found in Group 1 together with Ursvik IK, IFK Österåker FK Vit and Stureby SK.

FC Djursholm continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge IF with 0-3. In the Final, FC Djursholm F07 won over IFK Österåker FK Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in F06 Lätt/Medel.
