In addition to Stureby SK, 11 other teams played in F06 Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Stureby SK could be found in Group 1 together with Ursvik IK, IFK Österåker FK Vit and FC Djursholm.

Stureby SK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Djursholm F07 with 0-4. In the Final, FC Djursholm F07 won over IFK Österåker FK Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in F06 Lätt/Medel.
