In addition to IFK Lidingö FK, 19 other teams played in P07 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Lidingö FK 11 Blå could be found in Group 1 together with IF Brommapojkarna P08-1, Hammarby IF FF 12 and IFK Vaxholm 1.

IFK Lidingö FK 11 Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna 2 with 1-2. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 1 won over AIK FF Akademi and became the winner of Slutspel A in P07 Svår/Extra Svår.
