In addition to AIK FF, 7 other teams played in P05 Extra Svår (Inbjudningsklass). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof AIK FF could be found in Group 1 together with FC Djursholm U12, Örebro SK FK and FC Inter Åbo.
AIK FF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 1-2. Thereby AIK FF finished second in P05-ES INBJ Slutspel A during Oktoberpokalen 2017. AIK FF also participated in P05 Lätt/Medel during Oktoberpokalen 2016.
