In addition to IFK Lidingö FK 15, 27 other teams played in P06 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Lidingö FK 15 could be found in Group 3 together with Djurgårdens IF FF 1, Bele Barkarby FF Svart and GAIS.

IFK Lidingö FK 15 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Syrianska IF Västerås with 3-5. In the Final, IFK Lidingö FK 11 won over IF Brommapojkarna 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.

IFK Lidingö FK 15 comes from Lidingö which lies approximately 5 km from Djursholm, where Oktoberpokalen takes place.
