Hammarby IF FF 10 was one of 123 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Oktoberpokalen 2016. They participated with one team in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.

In addition to Hammarby IF FF 10, 27 other teams played in P06 Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF FF 10 could be found in Group 7 together with IK Sirius FK Vit, IF Brommapojkarna 17 and IFK Haninge 1.

Hammarby IF FF 10 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vasalunds IF with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Lidingö FK 11 won over IF Brommapojkarna 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in P06 Svår/Extra Svår.

Hammarby IF FF 10 also participated in P06 Svår/Extra Svår during Oktoberpokalen 2015. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against FC Djursholm 1 with 0-3 and ended up in second place.

Hammarby 10 comes from Stockholm which lies approximately 12 km from Djursholm, where Oktoberpokalen takes place. The area around Stockholm does also provide 104 additional clubs participating during Oktoberpokalen 2016 (Among others: Täby FK, Nacka FC, Hammarby IF FF, IFK Vaxholm, Djurgårdens IF FF 7, Saltsjöbadens if, Hanvikens SK, Apollon Solna FK, Stureby SK and Jarlabergs IF).
